MDI Consulting was established to address a clear gap in the South African IT recruitment market: organisations needed a partner with genuine technical depth, not just a generalist agency filling roles from a database.
From our base in East London, Eastern Cape, we serve clients across South Africa — from growing technology businesses to large enterprise organisations — providing both contract bench resourcing and permanent placement solutions tailored to the IT sector.
